    The Manager, Compliance/Team Member Engagement reports to the Sr. Director, Chief People & Culture Officer. The ideal successor will contribute with both hands-on and strategic leadership of our Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) program through performance management and workplace proactive measures to cultivate an innovative, high-performing world-class organization. 

    WHAT YOU BRING
    •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. Experience may substitute on a year-by-year basis up to four (4) years.
    •Seven (7) years’ experience in Employee Relations and/or HR Business Partner roles.
    •Three (3) years supervisory experience leading people and programs and growing and scaling employee relations. 
    •Demonstrated project management and change management experience.
    •Demonstrated experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    •Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws as well as general Human Resource policy and procedures.
    •Ability to balance between tactical and strategic, calm, and persuasive in controversial and/or confrontational situations.
    •Must be self-directed and motivated. 
    •Track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    •Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously along with people management.
    •Proven experience dealing with ambiguity and an ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
    •Advanced analytical, process development and problem-solving skills.
    •Ability to understand and communicate complex processes to non-technical and technical colleagues.
