    About the Position

    We are looking for an Application System Analyst (Note: the internal job title for this position is Platform Support Analyst II) to work in a fast-paced Risk Management Services department to support TASB Divisions including but not limited to: Risk Solutions; ALP; Underwriting & Marketing and Workers Compensation. 


    • Provide ongoing systems support and analysis for the TASB Policy and Claims SaaS Platform and related and Integrated Application Systems
    • This position will work collectively with each Division/Business Unit; multiple teams within IT and Vendor Partners to resolve incidents and RMS system Issues and support new service requests and/or project initiatives
    • This position will report to Platform Delivery Manager within SIOS Team


    • Mid-Senior Level experience working with Service Now for Incident resolution and New Service Requests for multiple systems and Business Units 
    • XML mid-senior level skills
    • Data Base Admin/Management
    • Business Analysis skills  
    • SQL skillset (write queries, update/delete statements)

    Platform and System Experience Preferred:

    • Insurance Policy and Claims System is strongly desired, (preferably Origami Risk SaaS Platform
    • ONBASE Document Management System Support and Configuration experience
    • PVC (Paper Vision Capture) System Support and Configuration experience 

    Work Environment

    This role will be located at TASB main Campus in Austin, Texas and minimal travel will be required.   Due to Pandemic, a flexible onsite/remote schedule will be developed and planned monthly.
