Desiree brings 15 years in executive search and recruiting, and 25 years across HR and talent strategy. She studied International Business and Marketing at Georgetown University and is a Certified Diversity Recruiter through AIRS. She is also co-host of Talentless, a podcast on hiring and leadership.
