The Owner of GoodenSweet Cookies is Sean Gooden Sr., aka “The Cookie Man”. He started baking and selling chocolate chip cookies in high school. His older brother Anthony called them, “World’s Famous”. Years later, Anthony and Sean became martial artists who baked. Sean joined Shaolin-Do Kung Fu & Tai Chi, and eventually became a 2nd-degree black belt. It inspired his older brother to restart his training. The brothers were in talks to start a food business when strategy struck. In 2008, Anthony lost his life due to a sparring accident. The grief was too heavy to carry - Sean stopped training and baking. Those were difficult times. Over a decade later, Sean decided to start the business that he and his brother had talked about. That’s when GoodenSweet Cookies was relaunched in honor of his late brother Anthony. There’s love put into every batch of cookies - you will taste it in every bite. No, really!
